BookMySites provides a traveler-facing directory of campgrounds, RV parks, resorts, marinas, and other outdoor properties that use MYSites reservation technology. You may use the Site to search, browse, and discover properties. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site;
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute property listings or content without permission;
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

Bookings and third-party sites

Reservations and payments are handled on individual property subdomains or partner websites, not on BookMySites. Each property sets its own rates, availability, cancellation policies, and rules. We are not a party to any booking agreement between you and a property.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos, and software on the Site are owned by BookMySites or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate, complete, or current. Property descriptions, photos, and amenities are provided by property owners or managers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMySites and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any third-party property booking.

Changes to these terms

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
